I embrace change and doing so has allowed me to lead both individuals and organizations to do the same.

Predicated on improving the health and well-being of working Americans throughout the United States, I adhere to a steadfast set of beliefs:

  • Health care costs are an issue of significant concern;
  • A healthy, high-performing workforce is essential to continued growth and prosperity;
  • Much of the illness in the U.S. is directly preventable;
  • The workplace is an ideal setting to address employee health and well-being;
  • That workplace wellness programs can transform corporate culture and change lives.

WELCOA (The Wellness Council of America) has designated me as Faculty Member for my ongoing efforts around wellness research and education.

I aspire to combine my professional background with my knowledge, experience and passion for wellness to create data driven, results oriented employee wellness programming in order to effect individual well-being and organizational development.
